Google’s ambitious Project Fi that aims to make wireless experience fast, easy and fair -- with access to three national 4G LTE networks, and international roaming at no extra cost has turned into reality with the launch newest phone -- the Android One moto x4.

The company expanded Android One programme earlier this month to more affordable smartphones to bring a fresh, secure software experience designed by Google.

Days after enticing users on Twitter, Lenovo-owned Motorola Mobility has officially sent out media invites for its Moto X4 smartphone in India.

The Moto X line up which has not witnessed a new phone since 2015, will now be resurrected this year with the Moto X4. Motorola has also been teasing the launch of a dual camera smartphone on their official Twitter handle over past few days.

Moto X4 is believed to feature a 5.2-inch full-HD display and Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor.  The device is expected to come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage in Asia Pacific region.

Here’s what you’ll get with the new Android One moto x4

Like all Android One phones, Android One moto x4 runs a pure Android experience, with a clean software design and a carefully curated set of preinstalled apps to give you just what you need. For example, it comes optimised for the Google Assistant and Google Duo. The moto x4 will be updated to Android Oreo before the end of the year and will be among the first batch of devices to receive an upgrade to Android P -- something yet unheard of.

The Android One moto x4 comes with three cameras -- a 12MP + 8MP dual rear camera system to capture wide-angle photos and detailed portraits and a 16MP front facing camera with an adaptive low light mode.

The smartphone will be fueled by 3,000maH battery and with TurboPower charging, moto x4 can get up to six hours of power in just 15 minutes, says Google.  The Android One moto x4 will receive timely security updates and built-in malware protection from Google Play Protect, working around the clock to keep your device, data and apps safe.
