How to get it?

After you have opened Snapchat, just scroll right among the filters until you discover the Hot Dog and then use the rear camera get it in front of you.

How does it work?

Similar to other filters that detect the shape of your face before applying different effects onto it, Hot Dog works with the rear camera to do the dance and users can also push him in the real life world.

Pinching up and down on the screen will make him bigger and smaller.

A latest update on the Snapchat’s iOS and Android allows users to link a website to snap and add voice filters.

To add a link users need to tap on the tiny paperclip icon located in the Vertical Toolkit and type in a link. Other new features released in the update include backdrops and on-demand geo-filters.

With Backdrops users can cut a selected area from their snap and insert a colorful pattern on it, using the scissors icon. Similar to Snapchat filters, the selection of backdrops will change daily.

Last month, Snapchat introduced a new feature called Snap Map that allows users to share location with friends.

To get started, just pinch from the main camera app to zoom out and view the Map. If your friends are sharing their location with you, their Actionmoji will appear on the Map. Actionmojis only update when you open Snapchat.

It’s up to you if you decide to share your location with friends or simply keep it to yourself with Ghost Mode.
