iQOO has officially teased the upcoming Neo 3 smartphone on its Weibo official account. The Vivo-owned company has also revealed some of the specifications. The iQOO Neo 3 is said to succeed the iQOO Neo 855 smartphone, which was launched last year.

The iQOO Neo 3 will be powered by the top-of-the-line Qualcomm's Snapdragon 865 SoC. The iQOO Neo 3 is expected to come with a 120Hz or a 144Hz refresh rate screen. All other details including the launch date are not yet known.

In India, iQOO recently debuted with the iQOO 3 smartphone that also supports the fifth generation of cellular networks – 5G. Other phones that support 5G in India are the Realme X Pro 5G and Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.

The iQOO 3 comes with a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED Polar View display. And since it’s a smartphone designed specifically for games, the iQOO 3 has two pressure-sensitive buttons at the right side of the frame. The company calls them Monster Touch buttons. These buttons are designed to help games achieve quick multi-finger operations in a game.

And to boost gaming performance, the smartphone also has a dedicated ultra-game mode that the company claims allocates system resources to prioritise your game performance. There is also an advanced liquid-cooled system for heat dissipation.

For mobile photography, the iQOO 3 features a quad camera setup, comprising a 48MP primary camera, a 13MP telephoto lens that offers up to 20X zoom, a 13MP super wide-angle camera, and a 2MP bokeh camera.
