It is a commonly known fact that India is one of the largest markets of cellphones in the world, and virtually every new mobile phone launched in the world is now launched in India at the same time as the rest of the world. However, we can’t say the same about the accessories available for the phones in our market. Not only do we lag behind on the latest devices such as Bluetooth devices and other gadgets, but the situation when it comes to cool and stylish covers for the devices is even worse. What seems to be prevalently available in our country are cheap knockoffs or replicas of genuine covers and there is hardly any stylish merchandise available that one can flaunt with their state-of-the-art phone.
But, this seems to have changed with the entry of Dailyobjects.com, a website which offers thousands of cool cellphone case options, which have been created with the help of designers from across the globe. However, what we were interested in most were their custom case options, in which one can upload their own photographs or design and have them printed on the covers for the ultimate personalization and style statement.
So, to test the same we sent the website a couple of design options (you can see the results in the pictures) and ordered cases for three different devices – Samsung Note, Apple iPhone 5S and iPhone 6. With different images and finish options for each cover, we must say that we were highly impressed with the quality of the cases and their printing. Made out of polycarbonate using what the company calls MT3 technology, the cases fit the devices perfectly, offer a good level of protection to the devices from impact and feel very well built with excellent finishing. In fact, we would go as far to say that the covers are of global quality standards and feel quite premium. Not to mention the fact that a custom case does gather a lot of eyeballs from people, and usually gets an envious glare.
Now, at a cost of Rs.1,499 per cover they might not be cheap but given the quality and finish the covers offer, they come highly recommended, especially for their quality and for the flaunt factor that these custom covers provide.
