Earlier this month, all the major telecom players, Reliance Jio, Bharti Airtel, and Vodafone Idea, increased both mobile and data tariffs, but to retain their customers, the companies are introducing some offers during the festive season. Reliance Jio has come up with 2020 Happy New Year Offer, in which it is bundling ‘unlimited’ services to customers who pay Rs 2,020. Those interested can now subscribe to this limited period offer.
In the Happy New Year plan, those who pay Rs 2,020 will get unlimited voice calling, 1.5GB data per day, free SMS, and access to the company’s suite of apps. The validity of the plan for smartphones is 12 months, and it will come with FUP on non-Jio voice calls. Those who wish to purchase the JioPhone can get it and 12 months of service for Rs 2,020. The plan for the feature phone gives users 0.5GB data per day, free SMS, and access to Reliance Jio’s apps.
Reliance Jio also has Rs 149 prepaid recharge plan that offers unlimited voice calls to Jio network and FUP of 300 minutes to Non-Jio voice calls. It includes 1GB data per day and validity for 24 days. Users also get 100 SMS per day and complimentary subscription to Jio apps. Similarly, the Rs 199 plan offers unlimited Jio to Jio calling. There is FUP of 1,000 minutes for Jio to non-Jio calling, and subscribers get 100 SMS per day. The plan is valid for 28 days and offers 1.5GB data per day, as well as the complimentary subscription of Jio apps.
