Samsung has unveiled its highly anticipated Galaxy S25 series, including the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and the flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra. These cutting-edge smartphones showcase Samsung’s latest innovations in performance, design, and photography. Powered by the advanced Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, the lineup delivers exceptional speed and efficiency. The Galaxy S25 series features stunning Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays, with the Ultra model offering an expansive 6.9-inch screen for an unparalleled visual experience. The Samsung Galaxy S25 begins at USD 799 (around Rs 69,100) for the basic model, which includes 12GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. An upgraded version with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage is priced at USD 859 (roughly Rs 74,300), but the cost for the 12GB+512GB variant is still pending. In India, the Galaxy S25 starts at Rs 80,999.
The Galaxy S25+ is available from USD 999 (about Rs 86,400) for the entry-level variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. A 12GB+512GB model is priced at USD 1,119 (around Rs 96,700). In India, the starting price for the S25+ is Rs 99,999. The Galaxy S25 will be offered in colours like Icy Blue, Mint, Navy, and Silver Shadow, with exclusive options such as Blueblack, Coralred, and Pinkgold available on Samsung's official site.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra starts at USD 1,299 (roughly Rs 1.12 lakh) for the model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There are also options with 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB, priced at USD 1,419 (around Rs 1.23 lakh) and USD 1,659 (about Rs 1.43 lakh), respectively. In India, the starting price is Rs 1.30 lakh. Colour options include Titanium Silverblue, Titanium Gray, Titanium Whitesilver, and Titanium Black.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 and S25+ are dual-SIM smartphones running Android 15 with One UI 7, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM. Storage options include 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, with the Galaxy S25 offering a 128GB variant alongside the larger storage options. The Galaxy S25 features a 6.2-inch Full-HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, offering a 120Hz refresh rate and 2,600 nits peak brightness. The Galaxy S25+, on the other hand, comes with a larger 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen, which offers the same refresh rate and peak brightness as the S25.
Both models are equipped with a triple rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP primary camera with 2x in-sensor zoom, OIS, and an f/1.8 aperture, a 12MP ultrawide camera with a 120-degree field of view and an f/2.2 aperture, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, OIS, and an f/2.4 aperture. A 12MP front-facing camera is included on both devices. In terms of connectivity, the smartphones support 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C. They are also IP68-rated for dust and water resistance and include an in-display fingerprint scanner for security. Samsung promises a generous seven years of OS and security updates.
The Galaxy S25 has a 4,000mAh battery with 25W wired charging, while the S25+ boasts a 4,900mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging. Both devices feature 15W Fast Wireless Charging 2.0 and Wireless PowerShare for reverse charging. The Galaxy S25 measures 146.9×70.5×7.2mm and weighs 162g, while the S25+ is 158.4×75.8×7.3mm and weighs 190g.
Running on Android 15 with One UI 7, this dual-SIM smartphone supports Galaxy AI features and guarantees seven years of software and security updates. It is powered by the custom Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. The device is equipped with a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, offering a variable refresh rate from 1Hz to 120Hz and reaching up to 2,600 nits of peak brightness. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Armor 2 and features slightly rounded corners, unlike the previous model.

For photography, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has a quad-camera system, including a 200MP primary camera with 2x in-sensor zoom, OIS, and an f/1.7 aperture, a 50MP ultrawide camera with a 120-degree field of view and an f/1.9 aperture, a 50MP telephoto camera offering 5x optical zoom and OIS, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS. The front camera is a 12MP shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, UWB, GPS, and USB Type-C. The Galaxy S25 Ultra also supports the S Pen and has an IP68 water and dust resistance rating.
It comes with a 5,000mAh battery, supporting 45W wired charging (charger sold separately), as well as 15W Fast Wireless Charging 2.0 and Wireless PowerShare. The device measures 162.8×77.6×8.2mm and weighs 218g.
