The Axon 20 5G by ZTE sports a 6.92-inch Full-HD+ OLED panel with a refresh rate of 90Hz, a touch response rate of 240Hz, and an aspect ratio of 20.5:9. It also has 10-bit colour output and 2460 x 1080 resolution. The focal point of the device remains the bezel-less display, completely devoid of punch-holes and notches, and a pop-up module for the selfie camera. Further, it has an embedded fingerprint reader.

The Axon 20 5G features a 32MP selfie camera, hidden under the display quite well. The front camera of the device is accompanied by a light perception sensor, which regulates the amount of light required for every scenario. The company also modified the pixel arrangement around the camera’s lens, so it could match the rest of the display without any notable colour distortion. However, to achieve this, the company has used a blend of technologies special pixel matrix and special display material with increased transmittance and a dual-control chip.

The front of the Axon 20 5G has a quad setup, which includes a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. The device is powered by Snapdragon 765G chipset with 6GB or 8GB RAM and memory of 128/256GB. It supports 4K video recording at 60FPS, with AI video subtitles, vlog mode, and real-time HDR support. It is backed up by a 4,220mAh battery, with 30W fast-charging.
