Casio G-Shock has teamed up with popular Dutch EDM (electronic dance music) group DJ Dash Berlin for its GA110DB-7A watch. Priced at Rs 8,995, this new special edition G-Shock features an all white case and white band along with a rose gold dial and rose gold strap buckle. The watch also features the official Dash Berlin logo on the band and band loop, case back engraving and limited edition packaging.
The new G-Shock GA110DB-7A is all white as it symbolises the theme colour of ‘Sensation Amsterdam’, which is a popular music festival organised in Amsterdam. Casio has been associated with Dutch trance trio band, as the award-winning group demonstrates the Japanese watchmaker’s core value of absolute toughness, along with the latest trendsetting ability.
The new G-Shock is shock resistance, 200M water resistance, magnetic resistance, auto LED light, world time (29 time zones, 48 cities + UTC), five daily alarms and one snooze alarm. The watch also features 1/1000th-second stopwatch, a speed indicator, countdown timer and mute function – all under a 51.2mm case.
Casio also launched three new G-Steel watches — GST-S120L- 1ADR at Rs. 15,995, GST-S120L- 1BDR at Rs. 15,995 and GST-S130L- 1ADR at Rs. 14,995. Apart from being rugged, these three watches look classy as well as their case is metal and they come with leather bands.
The new G-Steel models have shock resistant case and come with layer guard structure. Each model is available in three different colours —Black & Blue, Grey & Brown and Golden & Black.
The G-Steel range combines both analogue and digital displays. These watches come with a hand shift feature which temporarily moves hand-out of the way with the press of a button so that you can read the digital display easily. These watches also come with Double LED Neon illuminator for better readability at all times.
G-Steel boasts of other features like Tough Solar, Double LED light and World Time for 48 cities, 200-meter water resistance capacity and 1/100-second stopwatch with different measuring mode including elapsed time, split time, 1st -2nd place times. Also, it supports five daily alarms, full auto calendar along with the Hourly Signals.
