US-based Fitbit has announced Versa 2, the next generation of its best-selling smartwatch, Fitbit Versa. The Versa 2 comes with a swim-proof design and includes sleep features like sleep score and smart wake.
With sleep score, you can get information regarding the quality of your sleep. Your score is based on heart rate (while sleeping and resting), restlessness, awake time, and sleep stages.
The Versa 2 is the first Fitbit smartwatch with built-in Alexa, which you can use to start an exercise, find the nearest gym, and even learn the caloric value of an avocado. Alexa can also help with everyday tasks on-the-go, like setting alarms and timers, checking the local weather and news, and controlling your smart home devices, and much more.
Fitbit is also bringing the Spotify app experience to the Versa 2, allowing Spotify Premium subscribers to control music and podcasts directly from their wrist. The Spotify app lets you control playback, change playlists, like songs, and switch music output. Additionally, the Versa 2 has the ability to store and play over 300 songs from your personal music library.
You can view apps, call, calendar, and text notifications right from your wrist. The watch is durable and water-resistant (up to 50 meters), and yet lightweight and comfortable enough to wear all day and night with rounded edges.
The Versa 2 comes with a variety of bands, including classic, sport-inspired, athleisure-centric, fashionable leather, suede, and premium Horween.
The Versa 2 is available for Rs 20,999 in black with a carbon case, petal with a copper rose aluminium case, and stone with a mist grey case.
