HMD Global, the new home of Nokia phones is expected to launch Nokia 4, Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 7, as well as a 4G variant of the Nokia 3310 feature phone – at the Mobile World Congress in Feburary, in Barcelona.

Nokia is also rumoured to introduce flagship devices such as Nokia 8 (2018) and the Nokia 9.
The Finnish giant once the undisputed leader in the Indian smartphone market, now operates through HMD Global. At last year’s MWC, Nokia unveiled Nokia 6, Nokia 5, Nokia 3 and a revamped version of the iconic Nokia 3310.
According to Ajay Mehta, Vice President-India for HMD Global India Ltd, feature phones are big business in India and the company can’t ignore it.
In September last year, Nokia launched Nokia 8 in India that brings with it -- three world-firsts to Android smartphones, including a debut collaboration with ZEISS optics.
The Nokia 8’s “Dual-Sight” video features allows users to broadcast to Facebook or YouTube from dual cameras simultaneously in real-time. Nokia calls this feature “Bothie”. Bothie simultaneously utilises both the front and rear cameras and presents a split screen visual for both photos and videos on the screen.
In another first, Nokia 8 employs “OZO Audio,” placing exclusive Hollywood technology in the palm of your hand. OZO spatial 360-degree audio brings a fully immersive audio experience to your 4K video, the company said.
The Mobile World Congress 2018 is biggest mobile industry event and a conference featuring prominent executives representing mobile operators, device manufacturers, technology providers, vendors and content owners from across the world.
