Huawei today launch the Y9 2019, its entry-level flagship Phone that comes with 6.5-inch screen, 3D curved design, massive battery and advanced AI-based cameras.
The Y9 2019 features a full view IPS LCD display with the contrast ratio of 1500:1, 2340x1080 resolution and 397 PPI. The smartphone also supports eye comfort mode which reduces harmful blue light and has the ability to dim the screen brightness to 3nit. The device packs a 4,000mAh big battery and supports smart power consumption optimisation saving energy.
It is equipped with the 16MP+2MP front dual camera and the 13MP+2MP rear dual camera. The front 16MP f/2.0 camera utilises Pixel 4-in-1 intelligent algorithm. The rear camera works with the f/1.8 aperture that increases light source by 50 per cent as compared to f/2.2. It integrates AI machine learning algorithm, which creates 21 different category labels, and helps to select the optimised background. The device also comes with capabilities of AI 3D lighting to help create different effects such as soft lighting, stage lighting, butterfly lighting and split lighting.
Further, the smartphone is powered by Kirin 710 chipset along with unique GPU Turbo technology which doubles the GPU efficiency and increases basic performance by 1.3x. The Y9 2019 supports talk easy function, which intelligently identifies background noise to evaluate users' surrounding environment and scenario.
