As expected when it comes to Apple's next-generation iPhone, there's been a lot of information leaks and rumour mill have been working overtime. Thanks to Miaopai's latest video leak of the iPhone SE 2, it is confirmed that this new smartphone will continue to sport a 3.5mm headphone jack, unlike the iPhone 7, 8 and X.

Another major upgrade that the Chinese video reveals is that the SE 2 gets a glass back design, which indicates that the phone will support wireless charging like the current generation iPhone 8, 8 Plus and X.

Design wise, it seems Apple will be retaining the SE's looks, but reports suggest that the 4-inch display may be replaced by a 4.2-inch screen and it will come with a 2GB RAM and offer 32GB and 128GB storage options. Also, the SE 2 may be powered by the A10 Fusion chipset, which made its debut in the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.

So, why is Apple's budget phone so important for India? The SE 2 is expected to be manufactured in India, therefore, the price should actually be an affordable level. Even though there is no confirmation from Apple on the launch of the SE 2, but there is a very good chance that it may be launched at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference in June.
