Lenovo today launched K8 Plus smartphone in India that comes with dual rear cameras, a 4,000mAh battery and runs stock Android. The K8 Plus also packs a dedicated music button on the left side which can be doubled up as a launcher.
Priced at Rs 10,999, K8 Plus will be up for sale on Flipkart starting September 7, 12 p.m. onwards. The smartphone will be available in Venom Black and Fine Gold colours.
The company also announced launch offers including an extra 15 per cent off on Flipkart Fashion on September 7 and September 8; a BuyBack guarantee of up to Rs 5,000; Moto Pulse 2 headphones at a discounted price of Rs 599; up to Rs 10,000 off on exchange of your old phone; up to 30GB of additional Reliance Jio data for Rs 399 (including Prime for Rs 99).
The Lenovo K8 Plus sports a 5.2-inch full-HD display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P25 processor paired up with 3GB of RAM. A special 4GB RAM -- Lenovo K8 Plus Holiday Edition during the Diwali season, Lenovo said.
The K8 Plus features one 13MP Purecel Plus sensor and a 5MP depth sensor and a 8MP front camera with a 'Party Flash', f/2.0 aperture, and an 84-degree wide-angle lens.
The Lenovo K8 Plus equips a fingerprint sensor, offers 32GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via micro-SD card slot.
Apart from Lenovo K8 Plus, the company also launched K8 – carrying similar features as in K8 Plus. But, no pricing for K8 has yet been announced, however Lenovo said that the smartphone will be available soon in offline stores soon.
The Lenovo K8 packs a 5.2-inch HD display, octa-core MediaTek Helio P20 SoC and runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system. There is a 13MP rear camera and a 8MP front camera coupled with a 'Party Flash'. K8 is fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery.
