Chinese tech giant Lenovo has new laptops -- ThinkBook 14 and ThinkBook 15 that are designed for the SMBs. These laptops offer premium metal design to appeal to the new workforce and comes with business grade security and services.
Wrapped in a lightweight anodised aluminium chassis with a sleek Mineral Grey finish, the ThinkBook 14 and ThinkBook 15 are powered by up to 10th Gen Intel Core i7 6-core processor. The processor has the ability to reach a maximum turbo frequency of 4.7 GHz. The ThinkBook 14 and ThinkBook 15 are equipped with AMD Radeon 625 and 620 graphic cards, respectively and come with USB-Type C connectivity.
The new laptops are equipped with Skype Hot Keys that will help users answer and hang up Skype for Business calls with a single press of a key. In addition, dual-array, Skype for Business certified microphones, and stereo speakers with Dolby Audio enhances audio for web-conferences, can turn any location into a mobile office. The new laptops also come with RapidCharge technology that charges up to 80 per cent in just one hour.
The new ThinkBook laptops come with Smart Power On feature where the Power On button is integrated with a fingerprint reader (FPR) for easy biometric authentication to ensure only authorised users can turn on the device. Protected by Lenovo Vantage, the built-in Wi-Fi security feature detects and notifies users of malicious networks in real-time. Furthermore, the laptops come fully equipped with ThinkShutter, a physical slider that keeps the webcam covered when not in use.
Apart from hardware, Lenovo is also offering business-grade services including international warranty and support for up to 5 years. Additionally, the company is offering is next-business-day repair service and prioritised parts access.
The ThinkBook 14 and ThinkBook 15 will be available starting first week of December 2019 at a starting price of Rs 30,990.
