LG Electronics India today launched K7i smartphone featuring the unique ‘Mosquito Away Technology’ that once activated, keeps the mosquitoes at bay. The announcement was made during the ongoing India Mobile Congress in Delhi by the South-Korean company.
The K7i boasts of sound wave technology, that uses sound waves only and no harmful radiations are emitted. The phone has no harmful chemicals used in developing it. This latest Mosquito Away phone assures a healthy environment and will protect users from mosquitoes without any refill or replacement hassles, said LG.
The phone features 5-inch On-Cell display sports an 8MP rear camera. One can also create moving pictures with Burst Shot by holding the shutter button to capture up to 10 continuous photos.
At the front, the smartphone uses 5MP selfie camera with gesture interval shot that will help in taking the best selfie without any blurriness. Instead of using any button, one just has to close the hand to start the 3 second timer for crisp selfies everytime. Also, one can take brighter selfies in low light conditions with the help of a screen border that doubles as a flash.
LG K7i has Quad-Core processor with 2GB RAM, and 16GB eMMC storage and houses removable 2,500mAh battery for quick switching on the go.
Priced at Rs 7,990, the LG K-7i will be available across retail outlets in India.
