After receiving an overwhelming response for LG Q6 from Indian consumers, LG Electronics has launched its new variant “LG Q6+” which will be available across all retail outlet stores starting today September 20.

LG Q6+ will be available across retail outlets, priced at Rs 17,990. While LG Q6 came with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, Q6+ offers 4GB RAM and 64 GB in-built storage. Other features are same as Q6.

The LG Q6+ offers a wide 100-degree selfie camera and allows for instant gratification with social sharing features directly from the camera app. There is also a “Square Camera” mode that makes it easy to “share your squares” or create photo collages using multiple square images.

The 5.5-inch FHD+ FullVision display in the LG Q6+ with its 18:9 aspect ratio makes video browsing, gaming and multi-tasking more immersive.

The Q6+ is constructed from a 7000 series aluminium slab. There is no fingerprint sensor, instead Q6+ relies on LG’s proprietary face recognition technology for security. The Q6+ is powered by entry level Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 SoC and houses 3,000mAh battery and runs on Android Nougat operating system. For connectivity, the smartphone offers LTE / 3G / 2G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b, g, n / Bluetooth 4.2 and Google Assistant.

“The new LG Q6+ sets the benchmark in bringing the best of technology at an accessible price point to the consumers in India. Now more than ever, mobile devices are at the centre of consumers’ lives as they look for a synthesis of usability and best technology and Q6+ is sure to offer them the same,” said Amit Gujral, Chief Marketing Officer, LG Electronics India said.
