The HTC U24 Pro, the company's newest U series phone, is now available in Taiwan. With up to 512GB of internal storage and 12GB of RAM, it is powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor. The HTC U24 Pro features a 50-megapixel selfie camera and a 50-megapixel triple back camera setup. The new smartphone boasts a 4,600mAh battery, which can be charged at 60W using a charging brick. Additionally, it supports both wireless and reverse wireless charging. The new U24 Pro smartphone is the successor to the HTC U23 Pro, which was released last year.

The HTC U24 Pro starts at TWD 18,990 (approximately Rs 50,000) for the base 12GB RAM + 256GB variant. Meanwhile, the 512GB model costs TWD 20,990 (about Rs 54,000). In Taiwan, it is currently available in two colours: Space Blue and Twilight White. There is no information regarding the phone's availability in other international markets for now.
The Taiwanese smartphone maker claims that the new HTC U24 Pro comes with a 6.8-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,436 pixel) OLED screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz and Gorilla Glass protection. The model runs on Android 14. With 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, the U24 Pro is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC.
The HTC U24 Pro has a triple rear camera with an f/1.88 aperture and a 50-megapixel primary sensor that supports OIS and EIS. An 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with a 2x optical zoom make up the camera system. A 50-megapixel selfie camera is located on the front.
Up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage, extendable with a microSD card, is standard with the HTC U24 Pro. The phone has connectivity options like a 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, A-GPS, BDS, Galileo, Glonass, and NFC. Like the HTC U23 Pro from the previous year, it, too, is IP67 certified. The U24 Pro features a 4,600mAh battery that supports 60W wired fast charging, 15W wireless charging, and 5W reverse wireless charging. It weighs 198.7g and measures 167.1 x 74.9 x 8.98mm.
