Chinese smartphone maker nubia today announced that the company is commencing a “Summer Rush” promotion on Amazon starting July 25 to July 27. The three-day promotion will offer discounts ranging from Rs 1000 – Rs 4000 on select category of phones, including N1 lite, M2 lite, N2, flagship Z11 and the recently launched Z17 mini and the artistic nubia M2.
Since its entry into the Indian market in October last year, nubia has launched seven smartphones in the country that have received a decent response from consumers. Below are the discounted prices on the models.
nubia Z17 mini and M2 come with dual cameras and are popular among users for their imaging quality, design and the user interface.
The company recently launched N2 that comes with a 5,000mAh battery and the proprietary Neo Power software package that can make the phone go up to three days on a single charge.
The device features a 5.5-inch full-HD display and is powered by a 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor, Mali T860 GPU paired up with 4GB of RAM.
The smartphone will come with 64GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB via micro-SD card.
nubia N2 houses 13MP rear camera with phase detection auto-focus having 0.2 seconds’ quick snapshot along with a 16MP front camera.
To utilise the potential of Indian smartphone market, nubia plans to invest $100 million for building manufacturing unit in the country and is considering several measures to increase its reach by further enhancing distribution channels. The company also plans to open its proprietary e-store for showcasing new products and accessories.
