Chinese tech giant Oppo today launched the Reno3 Pro in India. The smartphone comes equipped with world’s first 44MP+2MP dual punch-hole cameras. The dual lens bokeh on the front cameras on the Reno3 Pro allows users to capture portrait mode selfies and groufies.
The device will be available in 8GB/128GB variant at a price of Rs 29,990 and 8GB/256GB variant at a price of Rs 32,990. The smartphone will be available from March 6 across all Oppo stores and retail outlets. The Reno3 Pro comes in Auroral Blue, Midnight Black and Sky White colours.
If you purchase the device during the first three days of the sale, you will get at a 10 per cent cashback on HDFC bank debit/credit card EMI and consumer Loans, ICICI bank credit/debit EMI, RBL bank credit card EMI and YES bank credit card EMI.
Further, customers can purchase the Reno3 Pro at zero down payment from Bajaj Finserv, HDB Financial Services, IDFC First Bank and HDFC Bank on the first day of sale. EMI options will also be available from Home Credit, ICICI Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Besides, JIO users will get 100 per cent additional data.
Customers purchasing the Reno3 Pro offline will get a complete damage protection and 1,000 lucky customers will also get a chance to get their hands on Enco Free true wireless headphones, which were launched along the Reno3 Pro smartphone.
You can pre-book the Reno3 Pro starting today (March 2). Pre-booking customers are entitled to a 10 per cent Instant bank discount on YES bank credit cards as well as HDFC bank credit and debit card EMI. Additionally, the company is also offering a limited quantity of Oppo wireless speakers at only Rs 1 and Oppo Enco Free true wireless headphones at a discount of Rs 2,000 on purchase of the Reno3 Pro.
Lets talk about the camera first. The Reno3 Pro sports a quad camera setup at the back consisting of a 64MP lens, a 13MP telephoto lens, a 2MP mono lens and an 8MP ultra wide-angle Lens.
The smartphone offers upto 20x digital zoom requirements. What’s interesting is that the Reno3 Pro can produces images of up to 108MP. How? Well, the company is using a multi-frame composition solution, wherein the camera can interpolate low pixels to high-resolution pixels to deliver pictures that showcase the minutest of details with retina-level 108MP clearness.
And for the first time, Oppo has added ultra-night mode algorithm in the front cameras. And whether you are recording videos of animals or making your own vlogs running after kids or pets, the Ultra Steady Video 2.0 enhances stability of the videos taken, minimising impact on clearness, while retaining slight motions to maintain an authentic visual expression.
The Reno3 Pro comes with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display that can reach a maximum brightness of 800 nit and the peak brightness of 1200nit. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek P95 chipset clubbed with 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The smartphone supports 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0, enabling its 4,025mAh battery to charge up to 50 per cent within 20 minutes.
