The smart devices can be connected with an app, which offers in-built intelligent diagnostics that detects issues in advance which in turn maximises performance and operational lifespan of products. The AI platform in Miraie also recognises usage patterns and suggests optimal modes to users. For example, the Connected AC and fan has a feature called the customised sleep mode. This mode enables enhanced flexibility as it allows users to pre-set temperatures profiles through the night for comfort.

The solution also leverages Google’s Voice Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa technology for hands-free operations. The Miraie App also offers e-warranty wherein all warranty services and annual maintenance contracts are stored digitally for all products. The consumers get notified if there is change in any status. Consumers can also request change of spare parts of electronic devices with an online request via the app.
