The OnePlus 7 Pro is now available for pre-booking for Rs 1,000, and the Chinese company is offering a 6-month free screen replacement worth Rs 15,000 on every pre-booking.
The OnePlus 7 Pro will be launched simultaneously in India, the US and Europe on May 14, alongside OnePlus 7. In India, OnePlus has scheduled an event at the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre. Entry passes for the event are available for Rs 999 each.
While the launch is just a week away, rumours around the device have been surfacing online for the past few months. The OnePlus 7 Pro is expected to come with a pop-up selfie camera as seen in the Vivo Nex and Vivo V15 Pro. And according to the images, the motorised camera on the OnePlus 7 Pro will be positioned somewhere between the extreme left and centre.
Recently, OnePlus’s CEO, Pete Lau, confirmed that OnePlus 7 Pro will come with an HDR10+ display to give users a dynamic and rich display. Lau also said that the OnePlus 7 Pro will support UFS 3.0 storage, which will make it faster than other smartphones.
The OnePlus 7 Pro will have three cameras at the back – a 48MP main camera, an 8MP f/2.4 telephoto lens with 3x zoom and a 16MP f/2.2 ultra-wide lens. The smartphone is said to come with a QHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh and will be armed with Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 flagship processor. The smartphone will be fuelled by 4,000mAh battery with a 44W dash charging support and will come with 256GB of storage.
According to the media reports, the OnePlus 7 might come with a 6.5-inch Optic AMOLED display, and since there will be no notch, users will be greeted a full view display. The OnePlus 7 will also have a triple camera setup at the back along with an LED flash.
At the event, OnePlus is also expected to launch its own wireless earbuds.
