Realme launches Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A in India

In an online event earlier today, Realme launched two new affordable smartphones - Narzo 10 and Narzo 10 A. Here's everything you need to know about the Realme Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A.

After numerous delays in light of the coronavirus pandemic, Realme has finally launched the Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A in the Indian market. Both these smartphones were unveiled earlier today at a live event. Where the Narzo 10 price starts at ₹11,999, the Narzo 10A is priced at a relatively affordable ₹8,499. Both the smartphones will be available to customers on Flipkart and Realme’s online store from 18th May.

Realme Narzo 10: Specifications and Features

The Narzo 10 is the first smartphone powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 processor to be launched in the Indian market. It sports a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 1600 x 720p resolution. It features 4 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage, which is further expandable up to 512GB via microSD card. Moreover, the waterdrop notch at the front houses a 16MP selfie shooter. At the back, the Narzo 10 comes with a quad-camera array including a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP mono lens.

The Narzo 10 runs on the company's Realme UI skin on top of Android 10. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery, which can be charged with 18W fast charging via a USB Type-C port. The phone is available in a single 4GB + 128GB variant and is priced at ₹11,999. You can grab the Narzo 10 in either that white or that green shades.

The Realme Narzo 10A, on the other hand, is a smartphone for entry-level users. Like its sibling, the Narzo 10A, too, features a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a 1600 x 720p resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by Helio G70 chipset, coupled with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB in-built storage. As for the cameras, the front is a 5MP snapper, while the triple camera setup at the rear includes a 12MP wide lens, a 2MP depth lens, and a 2MP macro snapper.

The Narzo 10A, too, runs on Realme 10A on top of Android 10. There's a 5000mAh battery, too, but the Narzo 10A gets a micro-USB port and standard 10W charging speeds. It is available in two colours – so blue and so white – and will set you back by ₹8,499 for the sole 3GB + 32GB variant.
