Sony launches new Android-powered Bravia X smart TVs in India

The Japanese electronics giant, Sony has officially announced its new range of Bravia X TVs - X8000H and X7500H - in India featuring 4K Ultra HD LED displays and powered with Android.

Sony has launched two brand new premium Android TVs, Bravia X8000H and X7500H in India. The company says that these televisions will deliver a true-to-life and personalized experience and it will polish the consumer experience by delivering the content as the creators intended. Talking about the design, the TVs look similar pretty much similar. They even share a lot of common features but differ in certain aspects.

As far as the hardware is concerned, the Sony X8000H series is available in 43, 49, 55, 65, 75, and 85-inches whereas the X7500H is available in 43, 49, and 55-inches. Although both of them offer 4K panels, X8000H houses a more premium version of the Dolby Vision HDR solution. Both the devices are accompanied by X1 4K HDR picture processor, which can enhance the images filmed in Full HD and 2K to 4K resolution by the 4K X-Reality PRO with a 4K database. For audio, the X8000H series comes with a Dolby Atmos stereo sound whereas the X7500H series have Bass Reflex speakers that put out an impressive low-end sound perfect for sports, movies, and music.

Sony X8000H and X7500H both support voice search powered by Google Assistant and both the devices come along with newly designed smart remote and easy controls. The X8000H and X7500H both run on Android 9 Pie, which allows the user to have access to a huge array of Play Store content including games and apps.

Sony Bravia X8000H 65-inch is priced at ₹1,39,990 whereas the 85-inch is priced at ₹5,99,990. The 43-inch X7500H is available for ₹61,990 and the 55-inch model is available for ₹79,990. The TVs in India are available at all the Sony Centres, most of the major electronic stores, and e-commerce websites.
