Taiwanese PC major ASUS today launched Zenbook Flips S (UX370) -- world’s thinnest convertible laptop that combines ultra-light design with 360-degree hinge and powerful 8th Gen Intel processor.
The UX370 is just 11.2mm thin and weighs 1.1 kgs and features unibody design made from single block of aerospace-grade 6013 aluminum alloy, a material that is lighter than standard laptop alloy but 50 per cent stronger.
The 360-degree ErgoLift hinge features a precision-engineered multigear metal mechanism, with a silky-smooth, stepless action that holds the display securely at any angle, the company said.
There is 16GB of RAM, two USB-C ports on ZenBook Flip S that support external 4K UHD displays. For added convenience, the bundled mini dock provides an HDMI port, a USB 3.1 port, and a USB-C port that supports fast charging.

The laptop offers up to 11 hours of battery life and charges up to 60 per cent in just 49 minutes. The Flipbook Flip Ux370 comes with 13.3-inch touch screen full-HD display with resolution of 1920 x108- pixels with 300nits brightness. The NanoEdge display uses exclusive ASUS TruVivid direct-bonding technology that improves brightness and reduces reflections by 67 per cent, for clearer outdoor viewing.
The touchscreen display also supports an active stylus, such as the ASUS Pen. For audio quality, the ZenBook Flip S includes a Harman Kardon-certified stereo audio system, combined with ASUS SonicMaster audio technology.
For securit, the ZenBook Flip S includes a fingerprint sensor on the side and can even recognise partial fingerprint scans, making it the perfect companion for instant one-touch login via Windows Hello. The ZenBook Flip S supports all the latest features from Windows 10.
The ASUS Zenbook flip UX370 is available to all retail stores in India for Rs 1, 30,990.
