Samsung Galaxy Fold specifications

The Samsung Galaxy Fold sports two displays. The first is at the front and the second is a foldable panel. The front display has an HD+ 4.6-inch Super AMOLED panel with 840x1960 pixels resolution and 21:9 aspect ratio. The foldable one is a QXGA+ 7.3-inch Infinity Flex Dynamic AMOLED panel that has 1536x2152 pixels resolution with 4.2:3 aspect ratio. To put it in perspective, the larger display folds inwards like a book and the user is greeted with the smaller display on the outside/cover.

The triple camera setup has a 16MP primary sensor with an ultra-wide f/2.2 lens, a 12MP secondary sensor with Dual Pixel AF lens that supports OIS and f/1.5 to f/2.4 variable aperture. The third is a 12MP telephoto f/2.4 lens that enables 2X optical zoom and comes with PDAF and OIS. The front-facing dual camera setup (in unfolded state) is equipped with a 10MP primary sensor with an f/2.2 lens, and an 8MP secondary RGB depth sensor with an f/1.9 lens. The lone camera on the cover has a 10MP sensor with an f/2.2 lens.

The Galaxy Fold runs One UI skin which is baked on top of Android 9 Pie, and comes with stereo speakers tuned with Dolby Atmos surround sound technology. The Galaxy Fold draws power from a dual battery that has a total capacity of 4,380mAh. The phone supports wireless charging, and comes with Wireless PowerShare feature to enable reverse charging.
