Samsung has added two more devices -- Galaxy M30s and Galaxy M10s -- in its affordable M-Series of smartphone lineup in India. The handsets are essentially the upgraded versions of the previously-launched Galaxy M30 and Galaxy M10 phones. The M-Series are aimed at young millennials, and the Galaxy M30s and Galaxy M10s now join M10, M20, M30 and M40 in the Galaxy M-Series of smartphones.
Both the devices will be available during the Amazon Great Indian Sale, that is, from September 29. While the Galaxy M30s will be available in Opal Black, Sapphire Blue and Pearl White colour options, the Galaxy M10s will be offered in Stone Blue and Piano Black colours. The Samsung Galaxy M30s 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant is priced at Rs 13,999 and the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model will cost Rs 16,999. To purchase the Galaxy M10s, customers have to shell out Rs 8,999 for 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant.
The Samsung Galaxy M30s sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+ sAMOLED Infinity-U display comes with Widevine L1 certification, which means users can play HD content from online media streaming platforms. Under the hood, it is equipped with an octa-core Exynos 9611 processor and Mali G72 MP3 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). The phone’s USP is its massive 6000mAh battery, and it comes with a 15W fast charger.
The handset features a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP main sensor. The sensor is coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide lens that has 123 degree field-of-view, and a 5MP depth sensor. The Galaxy M30s can record 4K videos, Super Slo-Mo, Super Steady and Hyperlapse. On the front, the phone comes with a 16MP sensor situated in the notch. Ṭhe phone runs on Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box with Samsung’s new One UI on top.
The Samsung Galaxy M10s is a budget handset that comes with a 6.4-inch HD+ sAMOLED Infinity-V display. It is powered by the Exynos 7884B processor, and features a dual rear camera setup. The first is a 13MP wide angle sensor and the second is a 5MP camera. THe phone features an 8MP sensor on the front. The Galaxy M10s is backed by a 4000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging.
