Samsung has launched the Galaxy S10 Lite in India. The Galaxy S10 Lite is a mid-range phone and marries the design and features of the flagship S10 series to meet the distinct needs of millennials.
Available in Prism White, Prism Black and Prism Blue colours, the Galaxy S10 Lite is priced at Rs 39,999. Interested consumers can pre-book the Galaxy S10 Lite starting today (January 23 till February 3 across Flipkart, Samsung.com and other retail stores. The Galaxy S10 Lite will go on sale from February 4.
Customers pre-booking the Galaxy S10 Lite will get one-time screen replacement at Rs 1,999 covering accidental screen damage within 1 year of purchase. There is also an additional Rs 3,000 cashback with ICICI Bank Credit Cards.
First, let’s talk about the camera. The Galaxy S10 Lite comes with a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP Super Steady OIS Camera (48MP), an 12MP ultra-wide sensor with 123 degree field of view and a 5MP macro camera. The macro lens allows you capture shots as close as 4cm to uncover the finest details. At the front, there is an 32MP front camera.
The main highlight of the Galaxy S10 Lite’s camera is its Super Steady Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS), a gimbal-like hardware that tilts the camera unit to ensure blur free photos and videos. The feature can also help you to capture action-focused photos and videos. The S10 Lite has a zoom-in mic, which features three microphones to enhance the sound in real time. The S10 Lite not only allows you to take great shots but also powers you with a built-in video editing suite – allowing edits on the go including the ability to add captions, combine photos and even speed up clips.
The AI Scene Optimiser recognises 30 types of subjects and adjust the colours and other details automatically.
