While the Samsung Galaxy S11 is still a couple of months away from being introduced globally, we’ve already seen a plenty of rumours which have given us a fair idea about how the Galaxy S11. In the latest development, a certificate from China’s 3C agency has revealed that the upcoming Galaxy S11 will have a 25W fast charger in the box.
The 25W fast charging is a step up over the 15W fast charger that comes with the Galaxy S10 series but it's still can’t compete with the 45W fast charger in the Galaxy Note 10+.
Earlier this week, a new report claimed that the Galaxy S11 will come with 8K video capture, director’s view, night hyperlapse, vertical panorama and other custom filters. The Galaxy S11 is also expected to come with 120Hz refresh rate screen and will be launched in three variants with 4G and 5G capabilities.
The new camera modes were discovered by LetsGoDigital in the beta code of the Galaxy S11's camera features. With the director's view, users would be able to use multiple cameras and switch among them while shooting a video. For instance, you can lock the subject in the main camera and could possibly use a close up second subject for the telephoto. With custom filters, you would be able to turn a photo you like into a custom filter.
Of the three models, the smallest is said to have either a 6.2-inch or a 6.4-inch display, the middle one will sport a 6.7-inch, and the high-end one is said to sport a 6.9-inch panel. These phones will reportedly be called the Galaxy S11e, the Galaxy S11, and the Galaxy S11 Plus, respectively. While the S11e and S11 are expected to come with 4G and 5G capabilities, the Galaxy S11 Plus will only be 5G. The Galaxy S11 smartphones are expected to either Exynos 9830 processor or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 depending on the region they are launched. Samsung is also planning to include its own 108MP camera sensor in the S11 series of phones.
The new Galaxy S11 series would be launched at an ‘Unpacked’ event in New York. The Galaxy S11 may launch in blue, gray, and black colours, and the Galaxy S11e in blue, gray, and pink colours.
