K-Pop fans rejoice, as Samsung has opened up pre-booking for the BTS Editions of Galaxy S20+ and Buds+ in the Indian market, after announcing it in other markets last month. As a bonus, Samsung has also introduced the Galaxy S20 Ultra in a new cloud white shade.
The BTS Editions of both the Galaxy S20+ and Buds+ are a result of the collaboration between Samsung and the global pop music and cultural sensation BTS. The BTS edition of the Galaxy S20+ features a 'haze purple' back and metal exterior. It also gets BTS branding on the bottom half of the back, apart from BTS-themed wallpapers and themes inside the smartphone. The core specifications of the smartphone, however, remain unchanged.
The Galaxy Buds+, too, now features the 'haze purple' shade. Apart from that, the truly wireless earbuds come with a similarly painted charging case and BTS-themed wallpapers and themes, which, as per Samsung, works with every supported smartphone.
Lastly, if K-Pop is not your thing, Samsung has also introduced a limited-run version of the Galaxy S20 Ultra in a new 'cloud white' shade. Here too, Samsung has not tinkered with the specifications of its flagship smartphone.
As far as pricing is concerned, the BTS Edition of the Galaxy S20+ will cost ₹87,999, while the Galaxy Buds+ BTS Edition will retail at ₹14,990. The Galaxy S20 Ultra, in the cloud white shade, will set you back by ₹97,999. Samsung has opened up pre-bookings for all the said devices starting today, with deliveries set to begin from July 10.
