Samsung has reduced the price of Galaxy S9 Plus in India. The Samsung online store now retails the 64GB version of the S9+ at Rs 57,900, which is a price drop of Rs 7,000. The smartphone was earlier priced at Rs 64,900.

The 128GB variant is now available for Rs 61,900 after a price cut of Rs 7,000. The price cut is applicable to all colour variants.

The Galaxy S9 Plus also offer automatic Motion Detection – an intelligent feature that detects movement in the frame and automatically begins to record – and super slow-mo, which users can use to capture videos at 960 frames per second. The smartphone comes with Super AMOLED Infinity Display, a next-generation Samsung DeX that offers a mobile lifestyle by bringing a large, full-screen experience to the mobile handset.

The S9 Plus features a 6.2-inch display, 10nm, 64-bit, an octa-core processor (2.8 GHz Quad + 1.7 GHz Quad) accompanied by 6GB of RAM. There is a support for expandable memory of up to 400GB with a micro-SD Card. The Galaxy S9 Plus is IP67 certified for water and dust resistance.

The company has also equipped an advanced optical sensor built directly into the device, providing richer, more accurate information on users’ health status. This sensor allows the S9 Plus to keep track of users’ Heart Load Factor, a new feature that offers you information regarding your blood pressure and stress level.
