The Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition from last year was an absolute hit. The Korean tech Giant, as per a report from SamMobile, seems to be working on its successor, likely to be called the Galaxy S21 FE.
Bearing model designation SM-G990B, the Galaxy S21 FE will likely borrow most of its specifications from the flagship-grade S21 series. This means that the smartphone could be powered by the latest Snapdragon 888/ Exynos 2100 SoC, coupled with a minimum of 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
While we don't have the full specification sheet as of now, what we do know is that it will come in two storage options – 128GB and 256GB variants – and will be available in four colours – gray/silver, pink, violet, and white. Moreover, it will run on Android 11 out-of-the-box.
It is speculated that, like the S21 series, the S21 FE will also miss out on a microSD card slot, and it will be 5G-ready at the time of launch. We are also speculating that the phone will not come with a bundled charger/wired earphones, like the flagship S21 series.
